Accounting & Tax Assistant Department Head

Lokasi: Batam


Job Description
  • Adhere to proper accounting methods, policies and principles
  • Take responsibility for accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity
  • Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close
  • Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information
  • Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions
  • Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Supports budget and forecasting activities
  • Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties, such as vendors or lenders
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
  • Responds to inquiries from the Director of Finance, Controller, and other finance and firm wide managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like
  • Work with the Controller to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department
  • Act as the key point of contact and support for our local and regional taxation matters
  • Establish appropriate system or processes for tax risk management for the Group
  • Responsible to legally minimize tax liabilities through the informed application of tax laws and regulations
  • Prepare and review tax calculations, estimates and reports accruals and purpose partnering with country, regional and corporate finance, tax, legal business and operations terms
  • Provide internal tax advisory services and support on business operation matters to the Group
  • Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns
  • Identify and mitigate tax risks
  • Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
  • Maintain tax balances on general ledger
  • Prepare all tax papers on a regular basis and handle all information data requests
  • Liaise with tax authorities and provide tax audit support for the Group
  • Manage external tax authorities and consultants locally and regionally
  • Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end



  • Preferable maximum 40 years old
  • Holding an Accounting degree as an educational background
  • Preferable to hold Brevet A & Brevet B Certificate
  • Preferable to hold CA or CPA Indonesia
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role
  • Thorough knowledge of SAP or Oracle
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills & experience with other financial systems
  • Prior experience in tax strategy implementation, planning support and project management will be advantageous
  • Thorough knowledge of Indonesia Tax Law and Regulation
  • Vast network with independent auditor service and government agency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulous
  • Possess good business acumen and highly adaptive
  • Mature, proactive, resourceful and hands-on with good initiative
  • Independent worker who is able to work well with minimal supervision

Product Manager (Mandarin speaker)

Lokasi: Jakarta


Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab
  1. Merencanakan pengembangan produk baru dan perluasan produk yang sudah ada.
  2. Mencari pemasok/principal yang memberikan produk dan jasa sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan dan strategy produk
  3. Melakukan marketing research yang mencakup: penelitian pasar, biaya produk, dan Analisa tren permintaan
  4. Menentukan strategi promosi untuk penjualan dan memperluas market share untuk mencapai target penjualan; serta mendampingi bagian sales dalam melaksanakan presentasi produk kepada calon pelanggan
  5. Secara kontinu menjalin hubungan baik dengan seluruh pemasok/principal agar tercipta hubungan jangka panjang (customer loyalty)
  6. Mengembangkan dan memberikan pelatihan produk perusahaan untuk meningkatkan skill dan kompetensi team sales, store operation
  7. Mengevaluasi pencapaian penjualan produk dan melakukan perbaikan yang berkesinambungan untuk mencapai penjualan yang maksimal.

  1. Lulusan S1 lebih disukai jurusan Teknik Mesin
  2. Pengalaman minimal 7 tahun dibidang Product dan pengalaman manajerial selama minimal 3 tahun terakhir dalam industri ritel
  3. Menguasai Bahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Mandarin (WAJIB)
  4. Bersedia melakukan perjalanan bisnis luar kota dan luar negeri
